A new residential project has been proposed for development at 2415 K Street in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of a new residential complex offering ten duplex residences for sale. The project site is currently occupied by a vacant office building, slated for demolition.
The project site spans an area of 0.49 acres. The scope of work includes the construction of a residential community offering ten duplex residences for sale. The residential community will have a total of 20 residential units.
A project application has been submitted, awaiting review and approval. The existing office building spans an area of 6,240 square feet. Onsite parking is available for 15 vehicles. Once approved, the project will require the existing vacant office building to be demolished under separate permits.
