A new skilled nursing center has been proposed for development at 250 Conference Center Drive in Roseville. The project proposal includes the development of a new nursing facility offering care units, 120 beds, assisted living facility, fitness/recreation center, and restaurant.
St. Louis-based RangeComm Development is listed as the project developer.
The project site spans an area of 7.87 acres. The proposed project will subdivide the parcel into two lots, Parcel A and Parcel B, which will be approximately 3.63 acres and 4.25 acres, respectively. Parcel A will remain vacant, while Parcel B is proposed to be developed with a single-story, 120-bed skilled nursing facility, with associated parking, lighting and landscaping.
The scope of work will bring into fruition a care facility offering 120 care units. The nursing center will yield a total built-up area spanning 53,600 square feet. The project will consist of three buildings connected by breezeways and will feature outdoor
courtyard and garden areas. Other onsite amenities will include a therapy gym, courtyards, dining and activity spaces.
The project entitlements include a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide the lot and a Design Review permit to review the site design and building architecture. The facility will be licensed through the California Department of Public Health and the Department of Health Care Access and Information.
Cost of construction is estimated at $21.7 million. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet. The project site is located near the Westfield Galleria.
