New building permits have been filed for a triplex development at 33rd Street and V Street in Sacramento. The plans will fill in a vacant triangular parcel in the North Oak Park neighborhood, close to Sacramento High School. Chun Sing Otto Yeung is listed as the property owner.

The existing application does not provide any additional information about the project team or design. The complex will fit within the 0.14-acre property. The complex will rise three floors with three three-bedroom units.

The property is located at the northern edge of V Street and 33rd Street, a block away from Sacramento High School. Future residents will be living across from the Highway 50 overpass and close to the sprawling intersection with Capitol City Freeway.

Public records show the property last sold on June 3rd this year for $135,000. The estimated cost and timeline for construction have yet to be shared.
