New building permits have been filed for a small single-family infill at 788 Arkansas Street on Potrero Hill, San Francisco. The plans look to replace an existing two-story house with a four-story infill across from the Potrero Hill Recreation Center, with views of Downtown San Francisco. Hunt Hale Jones is responsible for the application and design.

The latest planning documents show the project will no longer include an accessory dwelling unit. The four-story infill will be a single dwelling spanning over four thousand square feet, including a two-car garage.
The site is less than half a mile away from the latest phase of the Potrero HOPE SF masterplan. YIMBY covered the project topping out with facade installation underway at the end of 2024.

Public records show the property sold in 2023 for $1.1 million. Etan Fraser is listed as the property owner. Construction is expected to cost around $2 million, and the timeline for completion has yet to be shared.
