Preliminary permits have been filed for a corner development at 103 Walbridge Street and 520 Carter Street in the Crocker Amazon neighborhood of San Francisco. The project is expected to produce two small three-story apartment buildings along Geneva Avenue, near Cow Palace and the multi-phase Sunnydale HOPE SF project. The Millbrae-based Four Thirty Innovator Inc. is listed as the project applicant.

The application invokes Senate Bill 330 and SB 423 to streamline the approval process. The two structures are expected to yield around 4,200 square feet of housing each, including a three-bedroom apartment and two four-bedroom apartments. The ground floor will contain a single-car garage.

Additional information about how the two structures will connect with existing streets has not been included with the project application. Currently, Walbridge Street is an unpaved road extending out of Carter Street. Guo Pei Zhu is listed as the property owner.

The estimated cost and timeline for construction have not yet been shared.

This property must just sit right on the San Francisco/Daly City line.
