Development permits have been filed for a residential infill at 1667 14th Street in the Prescott neighborhood of West Oakland, Alameda County. The proposal seeks to add six dwelling units to a vacant parcel near Raimondi Park and Mandela Parkway. The property owner is listed as an Alameda-based individual.

The complex will yield around 9,010 square feet across five structures. There will be six residential apartments, including four primary three-bedroom units and two one-bedroom accessory dwelling units in an attached backyard duplex. Berkeley-based Fumio Suda Architect is responsible for the design, and Greyhawk Construction Inc. is the project consultant.
The property is located along 14th Street between Campbell Street and Willow Street. The parcel borders Willow Park, three blocks from Mandela Parkway, and four blocks from Raimondi Park. The site currently has a single-story commercial structure, formerly a garden supply store.
