The latest application shows an increase in dwelling units, though the overall residential capacity might have remained unchanged or decreased. The previous application, drafted by Berkeley-based Sunday Builders Inc., called for three apartments, each with four bedrooms. The latest application describes eight units in the three-story backyard infill, though it does not provide a bedroom count.

The application also specifies that demolition will not be required for the existing houses. The two structures on site are Victorian single-family houses, likely built in the late 19th or early 20th Century. Public records show United Land Power Inc. purchased the lot in 2022 for $1.8 million.
