A planning application has been filed for a new affordable housing project at 2350 Northview Drive in South Natomas, Sacramento. Construction would add 28 below-market dwelling units to the Sacramento housing market in an area near a few bus lines and businesses.
The applicant is seeking planning entitlement. Construction is expected to cost $9.65 million. Structures will rise just two floors across three main structures, with parking landscaping and solar panels to be included. A manager’s office will accompany the 28 apartments.

Few other details are currently known about the project, including the identity of the applicant. According to public records, the property was sold in March of 2021 for $355,000.
2350 Northview Drive is two blocks from the intersection of Northgate Boulevard and West El Camino Avenue. Residents will be within walking distance of a few small grocers, several restaurants, and other retail within a strip mall and along the boulevard.
