New renderings have been published along with the ongoing departmental review for a single-family dwelling at 141 Milton Street by Glen Park in College Hill, San Francisco. The project would replace a vacant lot just six minutes away from the Glen Park BART station by foot. Kevin and Patcharin Reynolds are responsible for the development as property owners.
The 32-foot tall structure will yield 3,850 square feet. The project will include three bedrooms on the top floor and one bedroom connected to a media room and bathroom that could operate effectively as a granny unit.
Rivera Architecture Studio is responsible for the design. The ground level along Milton Street will be improved with planters by the garage and main entrance. Facade materials will include stucco and wood panels framing large windows. A single-level bay window is included above the garage, and balconies will articulate the facade while providing open-air spaces connected to the master bedroom and dining room.
Construction is expected to cost $722,000, including $50,700 for four bathrooms and $12,670 for the kitchen. The property was sold in August of 2020 for $540,000.
