Permits have been filed seeking the approval of a multi-family townhome community located at multiple parcels in Natomas, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of ten townhomes located at 3050, 3056, and 3068 Seaspray Walk, 3081, 3075, 3069, 3063, 3063, 3057, and 3051 High Meadow Walk.
Beazer Homes LLC is the project developer. Jeffrey DeMure & Associates (JDA Architects) is responsible for the design concepts.

Named Edgeview at The Cove, the permits will allow ten townhomes along Seaspray and Meadow Run Walk. A total of 590 units are planned in The Cove. The Meadow Run Walk townhouses will be part of the Edgeview at The Cove townhomes. Within the Edgeview, 156 units will be constructed in 26 three-story structures. Apartment floor plans will range in size from 1,640 square feet to 1,820 square feet. Two of the six residencies will have a private balcony on the second and third levels.

The buildings are designed in two styles inspired by California’s colonial history, modern Prairie and Modern Farmhouse. The building facades will be clad in stone, stucco, and Aged cedarwood.
The construction timeline has not been announced yet. The cost of construction is estimated at $218,369, per home.
