A preliminary application has been submitted seeking the approval of a residential project proposed on MacArthur Boulevard in Oakland. The project proposal includes the development of a five-story building, proposed on a vacant lot.
The project site is a vacant parcel spanning an area of 12901 square feet. The project will bring 14 units to the five-story residential building. The building will yield a total floor area of 20,708 square feet. Open and covered parking will be designed at the ground level.
The building will rise to a height of 46 feet. The property site is located opposite the entrance to Mills College.
The project application is under review and an estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
