Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new residential project on Venture Oaks Way in Gateway Center, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of 10 buildings offering multi-family housing.
Bannon Investors Ltd is listed as the property owner.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 14 acres. The project will bring ten four-story buildings, offering a total of 470 residential units. The residences will be designed as a mix of 209 one-bedroom units, 228 two-bedroom units, and 33 three-bedroom units. The project will yield a total residential built-up area of 433,825 square feet.
The project application has been submitted and is pending approval from the City Planning Commission of Sacramento. An estimated project construction timeline has not been announced yet. Proposals to construct an office complex and a commercial building were submitted in the past years, both of which have been withdrawn.
The property is located near a Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Gateway Center.
