A new residential project has been proposed on Terracina Drive in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of 22 three-story apartment buildings offering 200 residential units.
Roseville-based Fuhrman Leamy Land Group is the landscape architect on the project.
Natomas Gateway Apartments Side Elevation
Named Natomas Gateway Apartments, the project will bring 200 apartments into 22 three-story apartment buildings. The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 8.46 acres. The complex will yield a total built-up residential area measuring 234,323 square feet. The building facade will rise to a height of 44 feet.
The property is located toward the northwest corner of E. Entrance and Truxel Road.
Project application has been submitted and requests Site Plan and Design Review for the project. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
