Design review permits have been filed for a five-story residential infill at 424 12th Street in Sacramento’s Alkali Flats neighborhood. The project would create 94 new homes on a nearly 0.6-acre lot directly across from a light rail station. HRGA is responsible for the design.

New building permits are filed for a four-story residential infill at 500 Leisure Lane in North Sacramento. The Leisure Lane Apartments would create 121 market-rate apartments on the former Woodlake Hotel property. AG Spanos Companies is the developer operating for property owner Columbia Pacific Management.
New renderings have been revealed for a substantial residential project at 2123 Q Street in Midtown Sacramento. The project, dubbed The Gateway at Q, will reshape nearly 1.2 acres with 246 apartments. Davis-based Gateway Development Company is responsible for the application.
A new residential project has been proposed on Terracina Drive in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of 22 three-story apartment buildings offering 200 residential units. Roseville-based Fuhrman Leamy Land Group is the landscape architect on the project.
Commercial new building permits have been filed for a seven-story residential development at 1617 J Street in Midtown Sacramento. If approved, the project would add 198 new homes near the city’s heart, on top of roughly 40,000 square feet of commercial retail. SKK Development is the project applicant.
