Preliminary permit has been submitted seeking the approval of a hotel development at 2270 Del Paso Road in Natomas, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of a four-story hotel.
The Sacramento Planning Department has received an application for Northpointe Reserve, a proposed 48-unit suburban development in North Natomas, Sacramento. The project would reshape 2.7 acres of vacant land with added density at the corner of Bridgecross Drive and Honor Parkway. Next Generation Capital is the project applicant.
With 17 units per acre, the project will be an improvement over suburban sprawls’ usual density of four to five units per acre.
A planning application has been filed for a 141-unit development at 2621 San Juan Road in North Natomas, Sacramento. The project, named Tenfold Natoma Residential Care Facility for the Elders (RCFE), will add new housing to a currently vacant lot at a relatively busy intersection. Alleghany Properties is responsible for the development as the property owner.
New building permits have been filed for a speculative warehouse building at 3950 Duckhorn Drive in North Natomas, Sacramento. The project would create a new advanced logistics center for the city’s burgeoning market. Alleghany Properties is the owner, with Panattoni Development Company responsible for the application.
