EAH Housing has secured a new $12.8 Million loan to finish their affordable housing development at 4300 San Pablo Avenue in Emeryville. The KTGY-designed project has been in the works since 2020 but has hit several funding roadblocks delaying completion. The recent funding, approved by the Emeryville city council, hopes to push the project over the finish line.
A new affordable housing infill project has been approved for development at One Hamilton Drive in Mill Valley, Marin County. The project proposal includes the development of affordable multi-family rental housing. The City of Mill Valley is the property owner, and EAH Housing is the project developer and future housing manager. Van Meter Williams Pollack is the project architect. Merrill Morris Partners is responsible for landscape architecture. Adobe Associates is the civil engineer.
The Emeryville Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans for the three-building affordable housing proposal at 5890, 5900, and 6150 Christie Avenue tomorrow. The proposal will create retail and 362 homes for a mix of household sizes by the Public Market and the city’s Amtrak station. EAH Housing is responsible for the application.
