Development permits have been submitted seeking the approval of an office project proposed at 2245 Post Street in Lower Pacific Heights, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the development of a new four-story building offering spaces for office use.
Karin Payson Archtecture + Design is responsible for the design concepts. JFCS- Jewish Family + Children Servcies is the project owner.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 4,468 square feet. The project will bring four-story building offering office space spanning an area of 14,034 square feet. The project calls for the demolition of two exisiting office buildings spanning an area of 6,512 square feet and reaching two stories high. The building will rise to a height of 50 feet.
The project application has been submitted, and a review meeting is scheduled. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
