The building will be capped with the garage and driveway on the top floor. Below that will be the living room, dining area, and outdoor deck. The second floor will include all four primary bedrooms and, below that, the guest floor.
The property will offer a commanding view over Highway 24 by the Caldecott Tunnel entrance from the Alameda County urban area to the San Francisco Peninsula and the Marin Headlands.
