A warehouse at this site was in the process of being converted to residential units when a fire broke out in 2019. The project proposes the reconstruction of a three-story residential building offering nine work-live units. The building will yield a total built-up area spanning 11,616 square feet.
The building permits have been filed and an estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
