A study session has been requested for a residential project proposed at 795 Willow Road in Menlo Park. The project proposal includes the development of a three-story residential building, offering onsite amenities, landscaped areas, and parking.
MidPen Housing is the project developer.
The project will bring 62 residential units into a three-story building. The building will offer 16,421 square feet of on-site residential amenities. Indoor residential amenities include a multi-purpose community room and kitchen, computer station, laundry facilities on each floor, residential bicycle storage, and offices for MidPen’s property management and resident services teams, as well as Veterans Affairs case managers. Outdoor amenities include a community garden, social and meditative gathering spaces, and other open areas.
The project application has been submitted and is pending a design review. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
