A new multifamily residential project has been proposed for development at 675 Trade Zone Boulevard and 1951 Tarob Court in Milpitas. The project proposal includes the construction of 13 three-story townhomes and Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). The project will demolish two industrial buildings and 55 ordinance-size trees on the site.
Geomax is the property owner. Toll Brothers is the project developer. SDG Architects is responsible for the designs. R3 Studios Inc is the landscape architect.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 4.1 acres. The project will bring 78 townhomes and 12 accessory dwelling units, available for sale upon completion. The residences will be designed as a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom units, with sizes varying from 584 square feet to 1,434 square feet. The residential development will consist of 13 multi-family residential buildings, rising to a heigh of 36 feet. The site will offer 191 vehicle parking spaces and improvements.

The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
