A new six-story hotel has been proposed for development at 1220 Oakmead Parkway in Sunnyvale. The project proposal includes the development of a six-story hotel offering 152 guest rooms, onsite parking, and amenities.
Arris Studio Architects is the project applicant. BPR Properties UCSC LLC is the property owner. Firma Consultants is the landscape architect.
Project application has been filed for a hotel proposed for construction at a site spanning 0.93 acres. The six-story hotel will house 152 rooms. Parking for the hotel will be provided in a below-grade garage and 13 surface parking stalls. The rooms will be spread throughout the six floors as: 29 rooms on the second floor, 32 rooms on the third, fourth, and fifth floors, and 27 rooms on the sixth floor. The hotel will yield a total built-up area spanning 91,845 square feet.
Onsite amenities include a fitness room, dining area, a bar, meeting facilities, a courtyard, a pool, and a green roof terraces. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
