The Sunnyvale Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans for a townhouse infill project at 434 Crescent Avenue in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County. The project would add four units behind a locally designated heritage resource near the city’s community center and public park. GKW Architects is responsible for the application, on behalf of the property owner.

The 35-foot-tall structure is expected to yield around 9,620 square feet, including 7,880 square feet of housing and around 1,030 square feet for four private single-car garages. The project site will include a two-bedroom unit, three three-bedroom units, and the three-bedroom single-family house within the historic structure.
The property is located along Crescent Avenue between Sunnyvale Saratoga Road and Manet Drive. Future residents will be close to Fremont High School and the retail-lined El Camino Real thoroughfare. The Sunnyvale Caltrain Station is about 20 minutes away by bus or 12 minutes by bicycle. The estimated cost and timeline for construction have not yet been shared.
