Alzheimers Services of the The East Bay is the property owner. Rempel Architects is responsible for the designs.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 0.17 acres. The scope of the project includes the construction of a new residential property with a base configuration of 26 apartments, and with a density bonus addition of 13 flats. The new apartment complex will offer a total of 39 flats.
