A new assisted living project has been proposed for development at 4075 El Camino Way in Palo Alto. The project proposal includes new additions to an existing Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility.
Wellquest Living is the property owner. Irwin Partners Architecture is responsible for the designs. Conley Design is the interior designer for the project.
The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 110,642 square feet. The scope of work includes new additions to an existing Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility consisting of 121 units. The new additions will include 14 additional assisted living dwelling units and have the building increase it’s built-up area to 137,877 square feet. The new units will be designed as a mix of five studios and nine one-bedroom floor plans.
The total proposed 135 units are for assisted living and for the elderly in need of day to day care for memory issues. Parking for 55 vehicles will be provided on the site.
A project application has been submitted, requesting for Major Architectural Review to allow for the project to be constructed. An estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
