A new residential project has been proposed for development at 725 Sanchez Street in the Castro-Upper Market district, San Francisco. The project calls for the construction a new three-story over basement. The project calls for the demolition of an existing two-story 1,104 square-foot single-family residence on the site.
The Sonne Family Trust is the property owner. LTD Architecture is responsible for the designs.

Plans call for the construction of a new three-story over basement single-family residence spanning an area of 3,875 square feet. The residence will also feature a garage spanning an area of 446 square feet.
A project application has been submitted and is pending review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
