An application has been submitted to the San Francisco Planning Commission for a residential development proposed at 1875 46th Avenue in Outer Sunset, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the construction of a new four-story multi-family residential building.
Fame Architects is responsible for designing the project.
If approved, the scope of work includes the construction of a four-story building offering four multi-family residential units. The project will yield a total residential built-up area spanning 3,825 square feet. The project site is a parcel that spans an area of 3,000 square feet. The site is currently developed with a two-story residence, offering one residential unit.
The existing residence offers 1,275 square feet of living space and 1,225 square feet of garage space.
No project plans or renderings have been released yet. The owner intends to develop the residences and put them up for sale. A design review session has been requested where the owner would like to know about all possibilities.
The project site is located in a residential neighborhood, in close proximity to Ocean Beach. Residents will be near a lot of local attractions including the San Francisco zoo, Lake Merced Park, the Golden Gate Park, and more.
