A new mixed-use project has been proposed for development at 6531 Folsom Boulevard in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the demolition of an existing commercial building on the site to make way for a new six-story mixed-use complex offering residential and retail uses.
Bains Property Inc bought the property for $1.2 million in May 2024.
The scope of work includes the construction of a new six-story, mixed use building offering 52 apartments and a small retail space. The project will also bring a 16-space parking garage.
A project application has been submitted, awaiting review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been announced yet.
