Ilkhani Samen is listed as the project owner. Warren Design Inc is the project applicant and is responsible for the designs.
The project site spans an area of 0.27 acres. The scope of work includes the construction of two new three-story single-family residences, each with an attached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) and a two-car garage.
A project application has been submitted, pending review and approval. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet.

I think it is worth noting that the previous house on this lot was burned by the 1991 Oakland Hills fire, 33 years ago, and that is what the remaining foudnations are from.
