Detailed plans have been published for the seven-story mixed-use development at 980 East Campbell Avenue in the City of Campbell, Santa Clara County. The complex looks to construct two structures with housing and a 149-key hotel. E. Barbano Enterprises LLC is responsible for the application.

The residential component is expected to yield 407,510 square feet, including 180,100 square feet of housing, 1,800 square feet of ground-level retail, and 173,600 square feet for the podium garage. Apartment sizes will vary with nine studios, 109 one-bedrooms, 78 two-bedrooms, and nine three-bedrooms. The hotel complex will yield around 131,420 square feet, including 52,400 square feet for the 149 guest rooms and 41,900 square feet of parking. The three-level podium garage will include 500 spaces, with 404 residential spots and 96 hotel spots.
BAR Architects & Interiors is the project architect. Guzzardo Partnership is the landscape architect. The apartment exterior will be clad with a terracotta brick veneer and grey plaster finish. In contrast, the hotel will be wrapped in a white plaster finish.

The property is located at the corner of Campbell Avenue and South Bascom Avenue. The property is across from the Pruneyard Shopping Center and two blocks from the Los Gatos Creek. The estimated cost and timeline for construction have not yet been shared.
