The city of San Jose welcomes another addition in its growing tech infrastructure with a new development proposed at 2400 Ringwood Avenue, San Jose. The project proposal includes developing the project site into a 32MW (megawatts) modern data center.
A Colorado-based data company, Stack Infrastructure, has purchased multiple properties on a parcel in north San Jose where one of the sites will be developed into an operations center.

Demolition of the existing two structures on the 9.3 acre site is also proposed. The new property will span across an area of approximately 232,700 square feet.
The new center will sit adjacent to the company’s existing Silicon Valley facility and is served through PG&E’s Direct Access program. On-site amenities are inclusive of conference rooms, office spaces, and storage spaces. Parking for approximately 250 vehicles is also planned.
The purchase made in two separate transactions consists of large parcel on a block near Fortune Drive, Ringwood Avenue, Trade Zone Boulevard, and Lundy Avenue. Other than the parcel at 2400 Ringwood Avenue, the venture also bought a 3.7 acre site at 2001 and 1849 Fortune Drive.
