New design changes have been proposed for a mixed-use project at 2403 San Pablo Avenue in Berkeley. The project proposal includes the construction of a new four-story building offering residential units, onsite parking, and retail space on lease. Plans call for the demolition of the existing 8,252 square-foot, one-story commercial building. Gunkel Architecture is responsible for the designs.
