A recent site visit by YIMBY has shown that Adobe North Tower’s facade has been fully installed in a highly-visible location for pedestrians coming from Diridon Station or drivers along Highway 87. 333 West San Fernando Street is the newest tower in Adobe’s downtown San Jose campus. Gensler is the project architect.
Construction crews have quickly installed the curtainwall glass covering Adobe’s new office tower at 333 West San Fernando Street in Downtown San Jose. Dubbed Adobe North Tower, the project is the fourth skyscraper for the Adobe Global Headquarters. The software company has been operating from San Jose since 1996, with the construction of Adobe Tower West and the subsequent completion of Adobe Tower East in 1998 and Adobe Almaden Tower in 2003.
Construction has reached the top floor as facade installation makes significant progress at 333 West San Fernando Street, in Downtown San Jose. The development is set to open the Adobe North Tower, expanding the international software company’s already significant office presence in the city center.
While there are many skyscrapers in the planning pipeline for Downtown San Jose, one of these buildings is making a quick ascent. The Adobe North Tower at 333 West San Fernando Street is on pace to top out by the early half of 2021, with the reinforced concrete currently eight floors high and ten remainings. Adobe is the owner of the development, with Gensler in charge of the design.
