Preliminary Plans for Affordable Housing Infill in Bayview, San Francisco

Preliminary plans have been filed for a seven-story residential infill at 1311 Quesada Avenue in Bayview, San Francisco. Illustrations show how the narrow two-structure project will rise from the low-slung neighborhood to create 27 affordable housing units. San Diego-based affordable housing developer MirKa Investments is responsible for the application, working alongside San Francisco-based MNC.

3001 24th Street Opens in Mission District, San Francisco

Casa de la Mision has celebrated the grand opening in San Francisco’s Mission District neighborhood. Casa de la Mission is a five-story affordable housing development at 3001 24th Street. Now open, it has opened 44 new apartments intended to housing formerly-unhoused senior residents of the city. Each resident will be referred through the San Francisco Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing’s Coordinated Entry system.

Construction Tops Out for 3001 24th Street Senior Housing, Mission District, San Francisco

Construction has topped out for the five-story affordable housing project at 3001 24th Street in the Mission District of San Francisco. The project will provide 45 new units for senior citizens in a retail and transit-rich thoroughfare. Mission Neighborhood Centers and Mercy Housing are responsible for the development, after purchasing it from Pepsico nearly twenty-five years ago.
