City Council Pushes Forward New Redwood City Life Sciences Campus

The Redwood City City Council has unanimously voted to start the environmental review process for Redwood LIFE: Evolve, the redevelopment of an 84-acre mixed-use site in Redwood City, San Mateo County. The decision is a step forward to create a life sciences campus alongside a hotel, amenity center, and 47 acres of green space and trails. Longfellow Real Estate Partners has submitted the project application for an expansive 84-acre office park modernization project in Redwood City, San Mateo County. The project, named Redwood LIFE: Evolve, will reshape the 1990s-era complex with taller office buildings, minimal surface parking, and a heavy emphasis on landscaping and community amenities.
