New building permits have been filed for a multi-family housing development at 401 1st Avenue in Upper Land Park, Sacramento. The application comes after Design Review files were approved by the Sacramento Planning Commission in late April this year. The proposal includes the development of an apartment complex around an open courtyard and commerical retail space. REgroup, the Sacramento-based architecture firm, is managing the project.

Plans have been filed for a new three-story residential building at 411 18th Street, in the New Era Park neighborhood of Sacramento. The proposal, tentatively named 18th and DST Apartments, will transform a single-story industrial structure and adjacent vacant lot into a thirteen-unit building with renovated commercial space. Indie Capital LLC is listed as responsible for the development.
