The latest application has reduced the site’s potential residential capacity, which is located across from the recently built masterplanned neighborhood, The Mill at Broadway. The permit applicant is not listed by the city’s planning department.

The proposal includes the development of an apartment complex around an open courtyard and commerical retail space. REgroup, the Sacramento-based architecture firm, is managing the project.
