The application aims to fill a narrow parcel overlooking U.S. Highway 101 with 45 apartments and a private courtyard. Schaub Li Architects is responsible for the application and design, filing on behalf of the property owner.
The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors has reversed the County Planning Commission’s rejection of Windhover Terrace Apartments, a residential infill in unincorporated Martinez. The project has a second chance to bring 24 homes and parking to a vacant plot. West Coast Land and Development is the developer.
A senior housing residential project has been scheduled for development at 1335-1385 Galindo Street in Concord. The project proposal includes the construction of a seven-story assisted living facility offering 150 dwelling units for seniors, along with onsite services and care. AVESTA Development Group is the project developer. Irwin Partners Architects is responsible for the designs. Smith + Smith Landscape Architects is responsible for landscaping.
