The application aims to fill a narrow parcel overlooking U.S. Highway 101 with 45 apartments and a private courtyard. Preliminary permits have been filed for a replacement single-family house at 66 Bishop Street in Visitacion Valley, San Francisco. The existing 480-square-foot cottage was once described in 2018 as the “smallest home listed in San Francisco” by SFGATE. The latest application looks to replace it with an expanded building and accessory dwelling unit. Shelterwerk is the project architect.
