A new residential project has been proposed for development at 148-156 Crescent Avenue in Sunnyvale. The project proposal includes the construction of 19 condominiums in multiple three-story buildings. The project also proposes to retain the single-family house built on the site, under the development permits submitted. A separate resource allocation permit has also been submitted to allow for the demolition of an existing residence on the premises. Terra Holdings is the project developer. Bassenian/Lagoni is responsible for the designs. Ripley Design is responsible for the designs.
Development permits have been approved for the demolition of two units for the construction of the 16-unit townhouse project at 220-228 Carroll Street in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County. The subdivision is split between three structures, with units ranging in size from 1,280 square feet to four-bedrooms and 2,130 square feet. Terra Holdings is responsible for the proposal through 220 Carroll Street LLC.
