The project site is a parcel spanning an area of 0.99 acres. The scope of work includes the construction of 27 townhomes on a Housing Element Site.
The project application requests architectural and site approval, tentative map, and tree removal permit to facilitate the project. The estimated construction timeline has not been revealed yet. The project site is located near De Anza College in Cupertino.
