Builder’s Remedy for Vickery Avenue Suburbs, Gilroy
Preliminary plans have been filed for a new suburban development at Vickery Avenue and Wren Avenue in Gilroy, Santa Clara County. The project will reshape a large 18.3-acre site with just around a hundred units, utilizing the builder’s remedy to bypass local zoning laws. Morgan Hill-based developer Dividend Homes is responsible for the application and filing through Wren Investor LLC.
