Napa City Council is scheduled to review plans tomorrow night for the mixed-use redevelopment of the former United States Post Office in the county seat of Napa County. The proposal would adaptively reuse the historic Franklin Station Post Office building for hotel and restaurant use after the structure was vacated following the 2014 South Napa earthquake. Domain Hospitality is the property owner.
Plans for a new hotel complex at Freemark Abbey Winery in Saint Helena, Napa County, have been approved. The project, dubbed the Inn At The Abbey, will bring a 79-room hotel to the historic vineyard north of the city center along St. Helena Highway. Jackson Family Investments is responsible for the application.
A new residential project has been proposed for development at 625 Randolph Street in Napa. The project proposal includes the development of workforce housing for Napa’s First United Methodist Church, along with onsite parking, indoor gathering space, and outdoor play areas. Burbank Housing Development Corporation is the project developer. Van Meter Williams Pollack LLP is responsible for the designs.
New plans have been drafted for a 453-unit residential development in the city of American Canyon in Napa County. The project, addressed as 1000 Reliant Way, would build on just over 15 acres of vacant land, creating an enclave with landscaping and shared amenities. San Francisco-based Republic Metropolitan is the project developer.
