Oxford Capital Group has revealed new plans for a six-story residential development at 3400 El Camino Real in Palo Alto, Santa Clara County. The proposal, called The Residences at Matadero Creek, would replace a 136-room hotel and retail with 382 new homes and parking for over five hundred vehicles. Explore Real Estate, a local firm, will be the project manager.
Crews have topped out the senior housing block and the townhomes for the multi-structure Santa Clara Agrihood project. The project has reshaped the vacant lot by the border of Santa Clara and San Jose, with plans to open up 361 new homes, retail, and urban farmland by next year. Core Companies, a real estate and construction firm, is responsible for the development.

The Santa Clara Development Review Hearing is scheduled to vote today on an entitlement extension for a five-story 328-unit residential complex at 3517 Ryder Street. The property is located in the transit-oriented Lawrence Station Area Plan, a once low-rise commercial district that is in the process of transformation into a dense mixed-use neighborhood.
