A new residential project has been proposed for development at 1030 Foothill Boulevard in Clinton, Oakland. The project proposal includes the construction of a new four-unit residential building. The project site is currently developed with a quadruplex built in 1910, which is slated for demolition under separate permits. SN Building Design Group is listed as the project applicant.
New renderings have been revealed for the adaptive reuse of the Brooklyn Presbyterian Church and Parish Hall at 1433 12th Street in Oakland, Alameda County. The plans will reshape the 1887-built religious facility with new affordable housing and community facilities. Strive Wealth Builders is the project sponsor.
Pre-application permits have been filed to convert a vacant church into new housing at 1433 12th Avenue in Clinton, Oakland. The proposal will include 12 units inside the existing church complex, and 30 units in a four-story addition. Strive Real Estate LLC, based in Albany California, is responsible for the proposal.
Permits have been filed for the residential expansion of 1148 East 18th Street in Clinton, Oakland. The application calls for the interior renovation of the structure and adds five additional dwelling units in the existing garage and storage space. Four of the units will be duplexes, located on the ground and second floors of the structure connected with a spiral staircase.
