Permits have been filed to demolish an existing structure and construction of a new home at 3775 La Donna Way in Barron Park, Palo Alto. The city is mostly single-family housing with large yards and famous anti-density representation. Transit access in the immediate area is limited, although a commute into San Francisco is available via Caltrain through a park and ride station.
The current structure spans 1,900 square feet across a single story. Its demolition will make way for a future two-story single-family structure. The new home will yield around 3,350 square feet and a 450 square foot garage attached to the future home.
Estimated construction costs are not listed, and an estimated completion date has not been announced.
