Permits have been filed for 23180 Mora Glen Drive in Los Altos, a suburban city in Santa Clara County. The property sits along a winding road situated on a hillside, with great views of the surrounding area. Transit access is not available in the site’s immediate vicinity, although connections can be made to commuter rail and light rail via Mountain View Station’s Park-and-ride.
The permit calls for the construction of a massive single-family dwelling. Residents of the future home will enjoy 6,363 square feet of living space inside the home. An 885 square foot garage will be one of the amenities of the home and 1,220 square feet of balconies and a 400 square foot porch. The home will also contain an 896 square foot basement.
Los Altos is a wealthy suburban town full of large single-family homes such as the one proposed. Metro Design Group will design the home.
