New building permits have been filed for three duplexes at 3040, 3048, and 3056 58th Street in Sacramento’s Tahoe Park neighborhood. The development will get an address change, to be named the 18060 Broadway Condos. The three-story project will produce 8,520 square feet of residential space, with unit A of each building spanning 1,235 square feet and 1,605 square feet for unit B. Jerry Munz’s JM Construction is the developer in charge of the development.

Studio 81 is responsible for the design. The facade will feature white concrete with customized bronze-finished decorative panels and a dark grey upside-down L-shaped feature highlighting the three duplexes.

Six new units will be added with 18060 Broadway. Each apartment will have one parking lot, making for 1,506 square feet. The condominiums will replace an abandoned lot. They are located along Broadway between 56th and 58th Street. Tahoe Park is two blocks away, and the city is a thirty-minute commute by the 38 bus.

The development is expected to cost $870,000.
