Permits have been filed for new construction on vacant lots in 960, 950, and 938 Jamestown Avenue, Bayview, San Francisco. For 960 Jamestown Avenue, the project includes an approximately 4,215 square feet three-story single-family residence. For 950 and 938 Jamestown Avenue, the proposal is to demolish the existing detached garage and split the lot into two separate lots for new construction of two three-story single-family residences ranging from 4,099 to 4,277 square feet. Goldman Architects manage the project.
All residential units will have an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) in the basement. Each floor has an approximate yield of 1,220 square feet. The total floor area doesn’t include decks and basement storage. Parking per house is one car space and one bicycle storage.
The plots are located on Jamestown Avenue in San Francisco and are assessed at $668,316. The property is close to Bayview Park and a fifteen-minute car ride away from the financial district in San Francisco. The area is very walkable— most errands can be accomplished on foot. Transit is good, with many nearby public transportation options, frequently serviced by T-bus. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
