Development permits have been filed to construct a single residential building on 5240 Rio Linda Boulevard, Sacramento. The proposal includes building a 39-unit apartment dwelling. Named Robla Apartments, will offer studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units with total floor area being 542, 616, and 923 square feet, respectively.
The neighborhood, Rio Linda Boulevard, is a peaceful, affordable suburban area. It is located opposite the Robla School, and about six miles northeast of downtown Sacramento. The community has houses and apartments for rent, with most of them near the south end. Casual and affordable eateries can be found nearby. Most of the neighborhood’s amenities line Norwood Avenue. Robla Community Park, Discovery County Park, and Bannon Creek Parkway serve as the neighborhood’s green spaces.
The permit requested requires a site plan and design review. An estimated cost of construction is not revealed yet, and the completion date has not been announced.
